Meet the Coaches - Frederick Amponsah
Next in our ‘Meet the Coaches’ series we have summer intern Frederick Amponsah. Frederick has been with LDM since from the start, being a part of our first u16 boys team at the age of 14. Turning 20 in a couple of weeks, Frederick has been on an internship with us since June 2024 and will be working across the organisation from coaching to administration.
