The Leeds City College 16 - 19 Basketball Academy in partnership with LDM Basketball welcomes you to our first open event of the academic year. Players in years 11, 12 and 13 are invited to attend our open event/taster training session on Thursday 10th November, where you will be able to train and talk with current academy players, alongside getting a feel for what life is like at the Leeds City College Basketball Academy.
Competing in the College Basketball League (CBL) and Jr National League, the academy provides a unique experience for aspiring basketball players to reach their full potential, in a student/player centred environment. One of the fastest growing programmes in the region, athletes will have strength and conditioning support, game day footage, up to two games a week and multiple on court training sessions that all align with their academic studies and Leeds City College or Leeds Sixth Form College.
